Annual Dog License
The Town of Mission Hill requires all dog(s) within city limits to be licensed annually. Residents are required to pay a $5.00 registration fee, provide a current photo, and provide current rabies vaccination records from a licensed veterinary clinic.
Residents are required to keep their dog's vaccinations up to date and provide proof before a tag will be issued.
Failure to register your dog(s) may be a direct violation of Codified Law #16 and result in a fine.
Building Permit
The Town of Mission Hill is zoned. Building permits are required for new construction and may be needed for any remodel, roof work, fence etc. Please contact the building inspector, Larry Eilers at 605-760-3333 BEFORE ANY work has started to see if a permit is needed. Building permits are $20.00.
